Returns & Exchanges
First of all, know that we are grateful for your order and reallllllly want you to be satisfied! Contact us anytime with a return, exchange or any other question at support@stopdunkingonme.com
Now to the fun stuff...
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for a faulty, damaged or incorrect item.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or if you chose the incorrect size -- so please check our size charts (under Fit Info on the product page) before making your purchase :)
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it (unworn, unwashed, undried and with tags, if it arrived with them). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If you received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, upon approval, we will replace the item free of charge. For all other returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for shipping costs plus 15% restocking fee.
Once your return is accepted we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you've received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.

Shipping
Please ensure the correct addresses has been entered as returned packages will be subject to an additional shipping fee. Packages shipped to an incorrect address and not returned will not be refunded or replaced. Stop Dunking On Me is not liable for stolen packages. For more shipping info, see our Shipping page.
